On December 26, 2024, the extension of tax incentives in the northern border region of Mexico, including Baja California, was announced. These incentives, in effect since 2019, seek to strengthen the local economy and improve competitiveness compared to the border areas of the United States. The extension, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation, extends the validity of these benefits until December 31, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
