Being one of the countries in the world that has the most international trade agreements, including NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Main investments by sector in Mexico:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Manufacturing 47.2%<\/li><li>Financial services 15.3 %<\/li><li>Trade 9.7%<\/li><li>Mining 5.5%<\/li><li>Bulk Media Information 5.5%<\/li><li>Power 3.8%<\/li><li>Others 3.8%<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Foreign investment comes from the following countries:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>United States 36.8%<\/li><li>Spain 12.1%<\/li><li>Canada 9.7%<\/li><li>Germany 9.2%<\/li><li>Other countries 27.7%<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><sub><a href=\"https:\/\/taxid.mx\/english\/2022\/01\/20\/ventas-online-en-mexico-amazon-y-mercado-libre\/\">ONLINE sales in Mexico <\/a><\/sub><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is also important to consider that according to the \u201cOnline Sales 2021\u201d report, which is prepared by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amvo.org.mx\/\">the Mexican Association of Online Sales (AMVO) <\/a>, electronic commerce in Mexico during 2020 reached 316,000 million pesos (approximately 15,800 million US dollars), a growth of 81% compared to the previous year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To have access to online sales through platforms such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com.mx\/\">AMAZON <\/a>Y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mercadolibre.com.mx\/\">Free market<\/a> In the country, you must have your RFC, whether it is your individual or company. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><sub>How to obtain your RFC?<\/sub><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In order to start commercial operations in Mexico, both natural persons and legal entities (companies) must have their Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), which is the tax identification key in the country, provided by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sat.gob.mx\/home\">Tax Administration Service (SAT)<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The RFC can be obtained by foreign persons through the constitution of a legal entity in the country, with the option of doing it physically in Mexico or through representatives without the need to travel to the country. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also, there is the possibility of registering a legal entity residing abroad in Mexico with the SAT, so that it can comply with its tax obligations in the country and have an RFC.
