El nombre de esta sociedad es Sociedad por Acciones Simplificadas, la cual se conoce por su abreviaci\u00f3n S.A.S. y se encuentra regulada por la Ley de Sociedades Mercantiles, para la cual requieres lo siguiente:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.- Contar con internet <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.- Contar con e.firma <\/a>vigente de todos los accionistas, esta sociedad permite a ser constituida con un solo accionista. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.- Contar con la autorizaci\u00f3n de uso de denominaci\u00f3n social. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.- Tener un domicilio en M\u00e9xico. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

El proceso de constituci\u00f3n, inscripci\u00f3n al RFC y al Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS) es realizado desde la pagina de la Secretaria de Econom\u00eda<\/a> sin necesidad de salir de tu casa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

El periodo de tiempo de constituci\u00f3n es de aproximadamente una semana y obtendr\u00e1s tu e.firma en l\u00ednea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Es importante destacar que este tipo de sociedad tiene un limite de ingresos $6.2 Millones de pesos mexicanos anuales, en caso de rebasarlos deveras realizar el cambio mediante notario a otro tipo de Sociedad Mercantil como los son la S.A. de C.V. o S. de R.L.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
