In Mexico there is the possibility of creating your company in a short period of time, free of charge and online, without having to go to a notary or government agency.

This type of commercial company boomed during the pandemic generated by COVID-19 and the restrictive measures imposed by the Mexican government to contain it.

The name of this company is Sociedad por Acciones Simplificados, which is known by its abbreviation SAS and is regulated by the Law of Commercial Companies, for which you require the following:

1.- Have internet

2.- Having the current E,FIRMA of all shareholders, this company allows it to be constituted with a single shareholder.

3.- Have the authorization to use a corporate name.

4.- Have an address in Mexico.

The process of incorporation, registration to the RFC and the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) is carried out from the page of the Ministry of Economy without having to leave your home.

The incorporation time period is about a week and you will get your e.firma online.

It is important to note that this type of company has a limit of income $ 6.2 Million Mexican pesos per year, in case of exceeding them you make the change through a notary to another type of Mercantile Company such as the SA de CV or S. de RL  If you don't have a Mexican RFC you are not going to be able to create this kind of company.
