Can I create a company in Mexico as a foreigner?

The company can be 100% constituted by foreign capital, and the shareholders may be natural persons (individuals) or legal persons (companies), the latter allowing the creation of the figure of "subsidiary in Mexico".
What is the "apostille"?
The apostille is the legalization of national documents for use abroad.
That is to say, if two Colombian citizens need to set up a company in Mexico, they must "apostille" the powers of attorney in Colombia so that they have effects in Mexico and in this way their representatives in Mexico can sign the constitution of the company in the country, without the need to that these travel to Mexico to sign personally.
