Quickbooks platform announced through its website that as of April 30, 2023, your current version of QuickBooks Online software for SMEs in Mexico will no longer be available. This is because the tax regulations in Mexico are very specific, and said software has not been able to cover certain functions.

What is currently going to happen with Quickbooks?

  • As of October 1, 2022, the subscription will be free.
  • It must be considered that from April 30, 2023 the stored data will no longer be available.
  • To download a support of our data we can do it through the following link
  • If you have paid an annual subscription you can receive a refund.

It is good to remember that we always have other options to keep our accounts, some examples of accounting software are: Compaqi, calcimp, misKuentas, etc...

Having a software can always facilitate our work since it allows us to automate processes and we can have support for all our information, greater control of income, expenses, depreciation, amortization. Etc… so it also helps us to comply with our tax obligations before the SAT.
